FSTAMP v1.07 is a DOS utility that "touches" your files with a specified
date/time stamp.  It features a robust date/time parser that forgives
typing mistakes, recognizes and compensates for omitted date/time
fields, and is network- and country-aware.  

New for version 1.07 is the ability to stamp files recursively.

FSTAMP is FREEWARE.
